At a well attended first meeting chaired by Councillor Keith Martin a committee was formed with the following members elected:
Stephen O'Brien - Chairman
Judy Parker - Secretary
David Fallon - Treasurer
Michael Kelly - P.R.O.
also elected were Councillor Michael McLaughlin, Megan Lally and Jim Reynolds
